By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Policy

Bookings can be made up to 12 weeks in advance. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred dates.

Payment Terms

Payment is required within 7 days after the completion of our final visit. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside of 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date will incur no charges.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start date will be charged 50% of the total fee.

Additional Charges

Any parking fees incurred while providing services will be added to your booking.

Liability and Insurance

CHAPS is fully insured with public liability and pet business insurance. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and security of your home and pets, CHAPS cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen incidents outside of our control.

Updates During Service

We provide regular updates (via text, email, or WhatsApp) during your booking to reassure you of your pet's well-being and your home’s security.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal and property details provided to CHAPS will be treated as confidential and used solely to provide our services.
